Delivery
* Orders are delivered through our trusted delivery partners.
* Delivery is available across Egypt.
* Delivery time may vary depending on your location and order details.
* You will be contacted by our delivery representative before delivery.
Checking Your Order
We recommend checking the item and trying it on while the delivery representative is present to make sure the size and item are suitable before accepting your order.
If you need a different size, you can request an exchange at the time of delivery. The exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Shipping
If an exchange is requested:
* The customer pays the shipping fee for the exchange.
* The replacement order will be delivered separately.
* The customer pays the shipping fee again upon receiving the replacement order.
Important
Once the order has been accepted and received, returns for a refund are not available.
Delivery fees may vary depending on the customer’s location and will be displayed or communicated before confirming the order.

التوصيل
* يتم توصيل الطلبات من خلال شركاء التوصيل المعتمدين لدينا.
* نوفر خدمة التوصيل لجميع أنحاء جمهورية مصر العربية.
* قد تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب موقعكِ وتفاصيل الطلب.
* سيتواصل معكِ مندوب التوصيل قبل التوصيل لتنسيق موعد الاستلام.
فحص الطلب
نوصي بفحص القطعة وتجربتها بحضور مندوب التوصيل للتأكد من أن المقاس والقطعة مناسبين لكِ قبل قبول الطلب.
إذا كنتِ بحاجة إلى مقاس مختلف، يمكنكِ طلب الاستبدال في وقت التوصيل فقط، وتتحمل العميلة تكلفة شحن الاستبدال.
شحن الاستبدال
في حالة طلب الاستبدال:
* تتحمل العميلة تكلفة شحن الاستبدال.
* يتم توصيل الطلب بالمقاس الجديد بشكل منفصل.
* تتحمل العميلة تكلفة الشحن مرة أخرى عند استلام الطلب البديل.
مهم
بمجرد قبول الطلب واستلامه وانصراف مندوب التوصيل، لا يتوفر استرجاع للطلب أو استرداد لقيمته.
قد تختلف تكلفة التوصيل حسب موقع العميلة، وسيتم توضيح تكلفة الشحن أو إبلاغكِ بها قبل تأكيد الطلب.
